1.
So here we are, at the start, where truth parts from the lies we've been living in. And we can't go far without heart or love for each other and making sure to keep them dreaming out loud. Shed off your clothes, possessions, your home. Glue feathers to fashion wings of your own. All systems go. Don't hold your breath, don't bite your tongue, don't fight the urge: your time has come. Take pains to keep thoughts from defeat. Spread out your arms and take a leap. No code to crack, no facts to know, let off the brake, all systems go. Shed off your clothes, possessions, your home. Glue feathers to fashion wings of your own. All systems go. Today is your own. All systems go.

The Tide 03:05
Face down the wall: you've got every chance to lose, every chance to prove yourself. Treading water for years in the sea between my ears, the dark sea for years and years and years and... I wonder how I tried wandering without you by my side. Your lips turned the tide; your grip held so tight, so tight. Skip across the smooth: you still can't find your groove; you start to lose yourself. Spinning records for years for the tempest between my ears, the storm raged for years and years and years and... I know how time slows when spirits claw and bellow. Don't post those enemies close. I'm here to fight the front that follows you.

Stand Tall 02:37
Follow me out, out past the treeline, velvet moss laid out for your feet and mine. It's not wasted time when you waste it with me, yeah. Run with me down, down to the shoreline, cast your stones across the brine. It's not a vain unwind when you unwind with me, yeah. History will show the hardest pills to swallow are those that help you to just let go. I'll stand tall when gales pound. Some walls are cracked, but my foundation's sound. No sense in worry: I've got you now. Tell me, my friend, are we destined to sweep these streets that dead end? I'll stand tall.

Come here and leave behind your old life, put on a persona new. If I could get away with one thing, I'd want to get away with you. Here are the three rules: You have no past, nor I. Every day is a new day. When I say jump, you say, "How do I fly?" Come here and leave behind only fingerprints, beads of sweat roll down your cheek. Lower voices to drop hints, lower lip between your teeth. Pay close attention: there's no hello or goodbye. There's just this moment, right here, right now. Lights on and look me right in the eye. Pay close attention: you only get one shot. Grab hold with both hands, whether you are ready or not. Come here with mad desperation. Come here with spring-loaded wings. Come here with no hesitation. Come here to all the unforgivable things. Come here and leave behind your old life, put on a persona new. I'm going to get away with one thing: I'm going to get away with you.

We Are 04:21
Walk 30 paces, turn and fire your guide. You won't be met by stern faces sighing, "At least he tried." We're looking our best when we're looking to set aside visions of a past future, barren as a winter's vine. Look at how quickly your scaffolding's caving in. Your scarecrows have called it a day from their mongering. Put to the test, the unrest of the changing winds. Pulling unraveled a shoe- and a heartstring. We're not too young to shatter. We're not too young to want a way out. We're not too old to matter. We're not too old to find a way out. Make your case, lions roaring through your veins. Make your voice heard loud and clear. And here we are, we are. Here we are. We are.

Red 03:40
Red cheeks and she barely speaks. And he's worn out again. If I knew what was ailing you, would I smile and pretend? Be yours till the crushing end? The hallway floor creaks, splinters our bare feet. I smile and pretend that this featherweight could ever contend. Winter brittles our bones. My rage belittles your tone. It takes just one side to break, one side to break. I may be your biggest mistake. The beast in my corner bows, met with a furrowed brow. I'm still standing, somehow. Is there a light guiding us out?
